Heathridge Primary School 2025

If your child turns 4 before 30 June 2025 (born between 1 July 2020 and 30 June 2021) they are eligible to attend Kindergarten in 2025.  

If your child turns 5 before 30 June 2025 (born between 1 July 2019 and 30 June 2020) they are required to attend Pre-primary in 2025. Please note, all 2024 Kindergarten students must re-enrol for 2025 Pre-primary.

An enrolment form can be downloaded below, along with the student healthcare form and student online permission booklet,  as well as some other important information to assist with your enrolment. If you are unable to access these, hard copies may be requested from the office by phoning 9233 8950.  Along with the enrolment form a copy of the child's birth certificate and Immunisation History Statement is required.

"No Jab No Play" 

Western Australia now has Immunisation laws that will help protect our children and the community from vaccine-preventable diseases. It is a requirement for enrolments, that an Immunisation History Statement is provided, showing your child is up to date. The Statement must be no more than two months old. International Enrolments

Those overseas students who do not have an entitlement to enrol in a public school may be enrolled on a full fee paying basis by contacting TAFE International. The most up-to-date information can be obtained by visiting their website. Click here
